2. Agreement

These Terms apply to purchases and account use on 2zero.shop.

By placing an order, using checkout, redeeming rewards, or using a shop account feature, you agree to these Terms, the Shop Privacy Policy, the Returns Policy, and the Shipping Policy.

Cross-App Account and Platform Services

Where available, a single account, magic-link sign-in, customer profile, Future Coins balance, or recognition status may be used across 2zero.app, 2zero.shop, 2zero.kids, and futurefluencer.com.

This cross-app use is limited to platform operation, authentication, fraud prevention, fulfilment, support, rewards, and consented or otherwise lawful communications.

Each app keeps its own product scope. Shop and Kids commerce records stay in their owning commerce systems; app participation and gamification remain platform account data.

3. Products, Pricing, and Availability

Products, including Future Hoodies and selected brand items, are offered subject to availability.

We may correct pricing, stock, or product errors and may cancel an order where required because of error, fraud risk, supply issues, or legal obligation.

Product images and descriptions are provided to describe the item as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor differences in colour, display, or production may occur.

4. Checkout and Payment

Checkout is processed by Stripe. You must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Prices, taxes, shipping costs, discounts, and any Future Coins benefit are shown before payment where applicable.

Your order is accepted only when confirmed by us or our payment and order systems.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Withdrawal

Shipping details are covered in the Shipping Policy.

Withdrawal, returns, refunds, defective goods, and exceptions are covered in the Withdrawal and Returns Policy.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Future Coins and Recognition Benefits

Future Coins, recognition benefits, discounts, or status-linked offers may be available for eligible accounts.

These benefits are promotional platform features, not cash, stored value, or a withdrawable balance.

We may correct, reverse, suspend, or expire benefits generated by error, abuse, fraud, or policy violation.

Marketing Across 2zero Services

We may communicate about related 2zero services, product updates, Future Coins, recognition, drops, events, and community programs when permitted by law or consent.

Marketing communication may reference 2zero.app, 2zero.shop, 2zero.kids, Futurefluencer, and other 2zero brand programs because they belong to the same operator and platform ecosystem.

You can unsubscribe from optional marketing at any time. Transactional messages, security notices, order updates, legal notices, and service-critical messages are not marketing.

Kids 2.0 child personalisation data is not used for marketing.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence.
