2zero.shop Withdrawal and Returns Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from an eligible physical-goods purchase made on 2zero.shop or Kids 2.0 within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us at contact@2zero.international before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the following statement (not mandatory):

"I/We hereby notify you of my/our withdrawal from the contract for the purchase of the following goods: [order description] — ordered on [date] / received on [date] — Name of consumer — Address of consumer."

We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal without delay.

3. Returning the Goods

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you notified us. Contact contact@2zero.international to receive return instructions.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Goods must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

4. Refunds

We will process your refund — including the standard delivery costs you paid — within 14 days of the date we receive the returned goods or proof that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

We may reduce the refund if the value of goods has diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom or personalised goods made to your specifications
• Digital content (including Kids 2.0 personalised videos) where delivery or production has begun with your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal
• Goods that have been worn, washed, or are no longer in their original condition

6. Defective or Incorrect Goods

If you receive goods that are defective or differ from what you ordered, contact us at contact@2zero.international. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Your statutory rights under applicable consumer law are not affected by this policy.
