For eligible 2zero.shop physical-goods purchases, consumers in the European Union generally have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from an online order.

Some products may be excluded where applicable law allows it, including personalised goods made to your specifications.

2. How to Return

Contact legal@2zero.international with your order details before returning an item.

Return items in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with original packaging and tags where applicable.

You are responsible for direct return shipping costs unless the item is defective, incorrect, or we state otherwise.

3. Refunds and Defects

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive the returned item or valid return proof.
