Physical-goods orders from 2zero.shop or Kids 2.0, where offered, are typically processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

During peak periods or limited-edition drops, processing times may be longer. We will communicate any significant delays.

2. Delivery

We ship internationally. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier. Estimated times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address
